Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within the United States
LWR Luxury LLC currently ships within the United States. Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Orders of $250 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please monitor your tracking information and ensure that your package can be received safely.
Signature Confirmation
For the protection of our customers and LWR Luxury LLC, signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders. The carrier may require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. LWR Luxury LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and LWR Luxury LLC as soon as possible.
LWR Luxury LLC will assist with available carrier claims or investigations. However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, and item. Please keep all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
