Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our designer items, all sales made through LWR Luxury LLC are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, fit, color preference, or signs of wear that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs.

Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and accurately described before being listed. Because pre-owned items may show signs of previous use, customers are responsible for reviewing the full product description and all photographs before purchasing.

Items Not as Described

If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If LWR Luxury LLC determines that the item was materially misrepresented, we will provide instructions for the return. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, accessories, authentication documents, and any LWR Luxury LLC tags or security tags attached and unaltered.

Items that have been used, worn, altered, cleaned, repaired, damaged after delivery, or returned without required tags or included accessories will not be eligible for a refund.

Authenticity

LWR Luxury LLC guarantees the authenticity of every designer item we sell. If an item purchased from us is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized professional authentication service, please contact us with the written authentication documentation so we can review the claim.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, a shipping label has been purchased, or the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and item. Please keep all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
